2Who does what
Our partner clinic: your consult and prescription
A doctor licensed in Japan reviews your answers, sees you by video or chat, and decides whether treatment is right for you and which medicine suits you. The doctor may decide not to prescribe. If they decide you need in-person care, they’ll tell you.
Noah & Zoey K.K.: the service and the app
We run Noah and its app: booking, My Page, payment, delivery updates and help from our care team. We don’t give consults or prescribe.
